How far in advance should I make a reservation?

It is recommended to book as early as possible, as our rafting trips fill up quickly due to limited availability and high demand. Reserving several months in advance ensures your preferred dates and trip type.

What payment methods do you accept for reservations?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards and electronic bank transfers. Full payment details will be provided during the booking process.

Can I change my reservation after booking?

Yes, changes to your reservation are allowed, subject to availability and any applicable fees. Contact our team as soon as possible to make adjustments.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund minus a $10 per person processing fee for cancellations that meet the following criteria. Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the trip’s scheduled departure. Cancellations made within the 48-hour cancellation window and no-shows are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Please contact Central Reservations at 1.800.528.6154 or LakePowell-CustomerService@aramark.com if cancelling a trip more than 48 hours prior to departure.

Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my spot?

Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be provided during the reservation process, ensuring your spot on your chosen trip.
